The Indian Premier League (IPL) has become the world’s biggest sporting craze. And why wouldn’t it be? Because it combines entertainment with top-notch cricket. The 2025 season of IPL promises to be even more exciting, with world-class matches and great venues for almost two months.

The 2025 IPL began on March 22 at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. With a blockbuster match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). IPL 2025: Tournament Format

The teams that finished in the top four of the points table advanced to the playoffs. The first and second-placed teams faced each other in Qualifier 1, while the third and fourth-placed teams played the Eliminator. The winner of the Eliminator played the losing team in Qualifier 2, and the winners of Qualifiers 1 and 2 played each other in the final.
